This document is currently available only in English. By continuing registration and using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. The English version is the official and legally binding version of this document.

1. General Provisions
This document governs the terms of use of the GoodDay Service, the rules for purchasing and using a subscription, and the processing of Users' personal data.
By registering with the GoodDay Service and confirming acceptance of these Terms during registration, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this document.

The Company is incorporated and operates under the laws of Romania.

3. About the GoodDay Service
GoodDay is a digital platform consisting of a mobile application, an official website, and related digital services.
The Service provides Users with paid access to special offers, discounts, promotions, loyalty programs, and other benefits provided by participating Partners.
The Company is not the seller or provider of the Partners' products or services and is not responsible for their quality, performance, or content.
The Company provides only digital access to the GoodDay Service and to the offers published by its Partners.
The first commercial launch of the Service is planned for the Republic of Serbia, with expansion to other countries in the future.

4. Registration
To use the Service, the User must:
  • register using a valid email address;
  • create a password for their account;
  • provide accurate information;
  • accept these Terms during registration.
Registration is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old or who have reached the legal age required to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

5. Subscription
A subscription grants the User paid access to the digital features of the GoodDay Service.
At the time of publication of these Terms, the subscription fees are:
  • 1 month — EUR 2
  • 3 months — EUR 5
The Company reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time.
Any new prices apply only to new purchases or subscription renewals made after the updated prices are published.
Prices already paid for the current subscription period will not be affected.

6. Payments
Subscription payments are made by bank card through a certified payment service provider.
The Company does not store Users' full payment card details.
Payments are processed securely by the payment service provider in accordance with applicable security standards.
By completing the purchase of a subscription, the User confirms that they understand that the Service provides immediate digital access to the GoodDay platform and its available benefits.
Due to the nature of digital services, access to the Service may begin immediately after successful payment and activation of the subscription.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy set out below.

7. Refund Policy
7.1 General Provisions
This Refund Policy defines the conditions and procedures for requesting and processing refunds for subscriptions purchased through the GoodDay Service.
The Company aims to provide Users with transparent and fair conditions regarding payments and refunds while complying with applicable consumer protection and digital service legislation.
By purchasing a subscription, the User acknowledges that access to the digital Service may be provided immediately after payment confirmation.

7.2 Cases Where a Refund May Be Granted
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
  • the payment was made incorrectly due to a technical error;
  • the User was charged more than once for the same subscription;
  • the Company was unable to provide access to the purchased Service due to a technical issue caused by the Company;
  • the payment was processed successfully, but the subscription was not activated due to a system error;
  • a refund is required under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
Each refund request is reviewed individually based on the circumstances of the case.

7.3 Cases Where a Refund Is Not Available
A refund will generally not be provided in the following cases:
  • the User has already received access to the GoodDay Service after successful payment;
  • the User has used or partially used the benefits, discounts, offers, or features available through the subscription;
  • the User no longer wishes to use the Service;
  • the User forgot to cancel a subscription renewal;
  • the User did not use the Service during the subscription period;
  • the User's account was suspended or terminated due to violation of these Terms;
  • the request is submitted after the applicable refund period required by law has expired.
The Company does not guarantee refunds for unused periods of an active subscription unless required by applicable law.

7.4 Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the User must contact the Company by email:

The refund request must include:
  • full name of the User;
  • email address associated with the GoodDay account;
  • date of payment;
  • transaction or payment reference number (if available);
  • description of the reason for the refund request.
The Company may request additional information necessary to verify the payment and evaluate the request.

7.5 Refund Review Period
The Company reviews refund requests within:
14 calendar days
from the date of receiving all necessary information from the User.
The User will be informed about the decision regarding the refund request by email.
If additional verification is required, the review period may be extended, and the User will be notified accordingly.

7.6 Refund Method and Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the funds will be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is required or permitted by applicable law.
The refund is processed by the Company through the relevant payment service provider.
The time required for the funds to appear in the User's account may depend on:
  • the payment service provider;
  • the User's bank;
  • the payment method used.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, or third-party payment providers.

8. Company Rights
The Company reserves the right to:
  • modify or improve the functionality of the Service;
  • change subscription prices;
  • update the list of Partners and available offers;
  • perform maintenance and technical updates;
  • suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated;
  • amend these Terms by publishing an updated version.

9. Privacy and Personal Data Processing
The Company processes Users' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
The Company may process the following personal data:
  • email address;
  • user name (if provided);
  • telephone number (if provided);
  • subscription information;
  • payment information (excluding full payment card details);
  • technical information about the device and use of the Service;
  • customer support communications.
Personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:
  • user registration and identification;
  • providing access to the Service;
  • processing payments;
  • fulfilling contractual obligations;
  • sending service-related notifications;
  • providing customer support;
  • maintaining the security of the Service;
  • complying with legal obligations.
Personal data may be shared only where necessary with:
  • payment service providers;
  • cloud infrastructure providers;
  • technical service providers;
  • competent public authorities where required by law.
The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Users have the right, where applicable under law, to request access to their personal data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, or withdraw consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
The Company takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability and proper operation of the Service.
However, the Company shall not be liable for:
  • the quality or performance of products or services provided by Partners;
  • temporary technical interruptions;
  • Internet connectivity issues;
  • actions or omissions of third parties;
  • circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

11. Amendments
The Company may update these Terms at any time.
The updated version becomes effective upon publication within the GoodDay Service or on the official website, unless another effective date is specified.
Continued use of the Service after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
